3. Payment Terms
Payment for all services is due in full before development begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By initiating a service, you agree to the price and scope discussed and documented between you and BotflowX.

 
4. No Refund Policy
All services provided by BotflowX are custom digital products. Once a bot or automation has been delivered, no refund or cancellation is possible, regardless of whether the client uses the solution or is satisfied with the outcome.
By ordering, the client explicitly waives any right of withdrawal or refund after delivery.

 
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide timely, accurate, and complete information for successful project delivery. BotflowX is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by missing or incorrect data provided by the client.

 
6. Intellectual Property
All content created during the delivery of services remains the intellectual property of BotflowX until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights. Resale, redistribution, or copying of any part of the service is prohibited unless explicitly agreed.

 
7. Limitation of Liability
While BotflowX strives to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions, the unpredictable nature of AI means we cannot guarantee specific results.
BotflowX is not liable for direct or indirect losses, financial damage, or disruptions arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use its services.

 
8. Confidentiality
All client information shared with BotflowX will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

 
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Klagenfurt, Austria.
